We had a great experience at Gordie Boucher Nissan! Javier was our sales rep, and I have to give him his credit—he was awesome! He actually listens to his clients, cares about their concerns, and takes the time to understand what they’re looking for. Most importantly, he doesn’t pressure or push you into something like we’ve experienced at other dealerships. He was very kind, respectful, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Nick Nelson helped us on the finance side, and he was awesome as well! 🙌🏽 I’ll admit, I was a little irritated at certain points 😂, but overall everything worked out great and they both made sure we were taken care of. My son recently had his car totaled, so getting him into another vehicle was a BIG deal for us. He was able to purchase his new car and leave happy, and that made this mama happy too! ❤️🚗 And now for the best part… I AM OFFICIALLY RETIRED FROM BEING HIS PERSONAL UBER/LYFT DRIVER! 😂😂😂 JK JK! My experience with this dealer was great. By far the best dealership experience ive had. To the point, no hassle, good atmosphere, and real people. Kip is a good salesman but he is not there to gouge you or take advantage of you. I highly reccommend shopping here if youre looking for a new nissan.

I needed to return a set of NISMO driving lights that were listed by NISMO as ditch lights. The Parts manager was able to send me a return label even though it was much longer than 30 Days since the purchase. Nissan comes through again! Thanks for the help!

The battery had a bad cell, and still under warranty, and they pushed me in front of the line and got me out in about 30 minutes, and the car wash

1st time having my oil changed here. Their service department staff is very pleasant. There is a coffee bar with snacks you have access to while you wait. They provide a multi point vehicle inspection report and a video of their service, washed the car and gave me a small bag of chocolate chip cookies with a thankyou note attached.
